Until recently, guitarists had to invest in the most sophisticated and expensive score writing packages to get access to the guitar-specific features that they needed. Finale Guitar collects all of the essential tools for creating accurate, attractive guitar notation, without all the unnecessary features used by orchestral arrangers and engravers. This makes for a streamlined, easy to use package, with hundreds of useful guitar functions at your fingertips, at an incredibly affordable price. KEY FEATURES
1. Enter notes directly into TAB staves, or between a companion Standard Notation Staff and a TAB staff. Specify the lowest fret to use as you paste. 2. Once the music is in the TAB staff, it is very easy and intuitive to edit. For example, to change a fret number from 2 to 3, just select the note and type 3. 3. Up and Down arrow keys move a selected number to other strings. Numbers appear in orange when out of fret range. 4. Finale Guitar's handling of stems in tablature is unequaled in ease and power. Various stem styles are easily applied. Use the "Tab Styles" library that comes with Finale Guitar or create your own. Create your own fretboards 5.
Play your guitar and notate TAB instantly. Using a MIDI guitar see
your TAB instantly appear. Each string notates intelligently and automatically.
With a non-MIDI guitar, it is possible to notate single-line melodies
using Finale's MicNotator function. 6. User-defined defaults for guitar bends are standard.
A huge library of custom Guitar specific Lines is included. Bends can
effortlessly do stair steps and double bends. 7. Bends and Shapes automatically convert when you paste between Standard and TAB staves. Notating Hammer-ons, Pull-offs, Bends and Releases is a breeze. 8. Even though Finale Guitar comes with thousands of fret diagrams to choose from, you can easily customise your own multiple fretboards for named chords and save them in your own transposable groups.
